Margyn is a financial health scorecard for Indian SMEs. It reads data you connect or upload — from Tally, your bank, and the GST portal — and turns it into a Pulse Score, six financial vitals, and an AI-generated executive briefing.
You retain ownership of all financial data you upload or connect to Margyn. By using the product, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to calculate your scores, generate your briefing, and operate the features you use — nothing more. The Pulse Score, six vitals, and AI-generated briefing are calculated using the methodology described in-app and are intended as a directional, leading-indicator view of your business's financial health — not a certified financial statement, audit opinion, or guarantee of any outcome. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You should independently verify any figure before relying on it for a material business decision, and consult a qualified professional (your CA, auditor, or financial advisor) for anything with legal, tax, or regulatory consequence.
Submitting the Financing tab's interest form does not create any lending relationship, obligation, or guarantee of credit approval. Eligibility figures shown are rough, indicative estimates based on your revenue and Pulse Score band — not an offer of credit from Margyn or any third party. Any actual lending decision rests entirely with the lending partner involved, once one is onboarded, and is subject to that partner's own underwriting.
Margyn is currently free to use during our concierge pilot phase. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, we will give existing users reasonable advance notice before any charge applies to their account.

The Margyn name, logo, scoring methodology, and product design are the property of Margyn Labs Pvt Ltd. Your own business data remains yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either to the other party.
Margyn relies on third-party infrastructure (including Supabase for hosting and database, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI briefing generation) to operate. We select these providers carefully, but we are not responsible for outages or issues originating from their side that are outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using Margyn and request account deletion at any time by emailing business@margynlabs.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or pose a security risk to other users, with notice where reasonably possible.
Margyn is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Margyn Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including business decisions made in reliance on a Pulse Score, vital, or AI-generated briefing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Margyn will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of Margyn after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
